Mechanical System Details

• Supplied and installed one (1) rooftop Make-Up Air (MUA) unit and two (2) rooftop upblast Exhaust Fans complete with exhaust stacks to support production area ventilation requirements.

• Installed one (1) inline Exhaust Fan for the mechanical room along with galvanized ductwork systems servicing both production and support spaces throughout the facility.

• Fabricated and installed stainless steel ductwork within the production area to meet food-processing operational requirements.

• Relocated an existing cooler evaporator to accommodate a new built-out refrigerated area while maintaining continuity of cooler operations.

• Completed controls interlocks, roofing modifications, craning, rigging, startup, and commissioning to deliver a fully integrated ventilation upgrade

Provided design-assist and HVAC construction services for a yogurt production facility, collaborating with project engineers to provide over 30% cost savings through innovative mechanical solutions during the pre-construction phase. Following design development, delivered the complete HVAC scope, including ventilation, exhaust, custom air distribution ductwork, and mechanical infrastructure upgrades. The completed system delivers optimized ventilation, exhaust, and environmental control tailored to food processing operations while reducing overall costs for the end client.
