• Air Handling Units in Mechanical Doghouses: Service over 80 chilled beams and fan coils throughout the office space, optimizing climate control.

• Large Central ERVs: Supply fresh air across the workspace, enhancing indoor air quality.

• Dedicated Split AC Units: Provide targeted cooling for critical data rooms, ensuring optimal operation conditions.

• Complex Logistics: Involved demolition and relocation of existing systems, adhered to strict security protocols, and required night shifts to minimize operational disruption.
